going {mOre cafe}

two of my limited edition prints from {Oriental madinah} collection, are visiting MORE cafe for the new art display they are putting together this june

MORE have always been my Favorited diner since my best frined and i discovered it in little lazy walk down garhoud back streets in 2003, that hidden secret heaven of {food , art and music }  

lots of memories :)

i attended {objects photography} today at the sharjah Islamic museum 

workshop by Bader al Awadhi  you can find his impressive work here 

a very friendly group of people and alot of informations that are easy to absorb :)

we practised on some antiques from the museum, that was fun :)

i spent the last week all smelling like ink :P 
and apart from the wounded thumb, it all turned out looking great in a black frame :)

finally i have managed to get most of my

 {oriental madinah} out and on a pearl textured fine paper 

50 by 70 cm and 70 y 100 cm

i totally forgot to post about this, 

yah we have been to Abu Dhabi International Book Fair 2011 

with a pattern inspired by my spring collection

that was in march and kalimat celebrated {spring and mother's day} :D

i can totally keep doing this, creating new pattern of the same objects 

trying new colors and a bit of rotating and taraaaaah a brand new flowerish combination 

i may take my little ones and hide in there for the night :)

{pattern power}

my kids and i are a watching {Team Umizoomi} and we became addicted:S

i would like to think of myself as {Milli] : Milli is at the head of the team. She's mighty good at math and full of imagination. She has a special dress that can change into any pattern with her "Pattern Power" which allows her to blend into patterned surroundings all over Umi City, and long pigtails that grow when she says "Milli Measure" that are helpful for measuring almost anything!

well, apart from the math and pigtails :P

its always good to go back to sketch land - my kind of land :)

a mute planet created out of ur fav elements, and in my case its mostly flowers and smiley face here or there. enjoy :)

its finally here, a 70 by 90 cm print of my {oriental madinah- yellowish} 

i just loved the pearl 250 gsm matt laminated paper, a great combination with my bright swatches ... :D

a combination of some goodies {Apple, Orange, Strawberries, Pears, Cherries, Pomegranate & Grapes} and alot of patterns inspired by the subject are in (bright & pastel) colour swatches and all are ready for licensing.
